Our Voices
The previous PAPA plan was adopted in 2005 and only included seven member neighborhoods. Therefore, in 2019 PAPA requested the city of Fort Wayne Planning and Policy team initiate the New Packard Plan. City staff and neighborhood leaders are working to create a plan that will guide future growth, redevelopment and preservation efforts for the Packard area. You can follow updates on the new plan here.
